products we carry. Many of you know we offer gift registry and we feel
these items complement that service and will add a unique, beautiful
touch to your special event. If you feel that either of these

If you aren't planning a special event but you know someone that is you might want to pass this information on to them. Botanika Leafware We imported this leafware from India, designed for easy use and ecological throw-away. They're made from leaves of deciduous tropical trees, hygienically cleaned and then woven together with natural fibers into bowls and plates. They are perfect for weddings and other family gatherings, festivals and camping. After you have used for a meal, they simply go into the compost bin or can be buried in the ground while camping.

are so pleased to be offering these beautiful wedding invitations
and other paper products from Nepal. Not only are they beautiful, they
are fair trade and tree free, being made from the fast growing Lokta
Bush. A box of 25 invitations includes the following: invitation with
bamboo stick closure, Bodhi leaf, paper to personally print invitation
and RSVP card, RSVPenvelope
and invitation envelope. We are stocking
the all natural (see photo) and several boxes with colored Bodhi leaves
(sage, lavender and maroon). If a couple prefers a more colorful combo,
there are many papers to choose from and then we order from Nepal with
delivery in about six weeks. (Colored papers and colored Bodhi leaves
are an extra charge; see below for pricing.) We have samples at the

Cornstarch Flatware To stay with the sustainable theme for your event tableware, we are offering cornstarch flatware from Trellis Earth of Portland. Made with corn polymers and 100% biodegradable, these perform just like plastic cutlery, including that they can be washed and reused. Bulk quantities of forks, spoons and knives (singles or sets of all 3) are available starting at 12 cents per single utensil, 10 cents each over 100 pieces in any combination. |
