Keep your receipts! All returns must have receipts.

Problems with appliances must be solved through the manufacturer. In certain cases, we may be able to exchange a new appliance that was defective – please call us before bringing it back. Problems with appliances that break after use must dealt with through the manufacturer.

Unused returned items must be in new condition with all packaging and instructions. Store credit will be given for returned items. We will return your purchase price if store credit doesn't work for you, but items purchased with a credit card will be subject to a fee to cover our credit card charges.

Used returned items must be in re-saleable condition. Used items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, (we can’t sell used items for new prices).

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for another of the same item or store credit given. If the item was defective upon purchase all packaging and instructions must be included. This is because we have found that 90% of items returned because they didn't work actually have nothing wrong with them and we resell them; we need the packaging and instructions for this. Items that break after months of use may or may not be returned for store credit at our discretion.
