Mirador's return policy is based on this premise:
We want you to be happy!
If what you buy doesn't work for you for whatever reason, please
return it for exchange, credit or refund (see Common Sense Restrictions).
We don't want you to be unhappy with us due to a bad experience
with a product you have bought from us.
In fact, if something you buy from us does not work properly or
breaks with normal use, we really want to know so that we can
decide whether we will continue to carry that item. We cannot
try everything we sell in the store (though we do take home a
lot of things), so we rely on customer feedback to know which
items are badly designed.
And, of course, occasionally a well-designed item breaks due to
a manufacturing flaw, so we want to give you a replacement.
